29 JUL – 15 AUG 2015 | WANDERING ARCHIVE | Jessica Hood | Karla Marchesi | Clare Rae | Melanie Jayne Taylor | Curators Simone Hine & Kyle Weise

Project Description

Wandering Archive brings together work by four artists. Across installation, painting and photography, the works presented here engage with the concept of the archive in personal, and often playful, ways. Eschewing austerity and authority, these artists have produced idiosyncratic archives, or interactions with institutional archives, that emphasise the archive as a process, defined by transience, malleability and re-interpretation.

Wandering Archive catalogue with essay by Simone Hine & Kyle Weise is available here.
